I'VE GOT TO BLOG ABOUT THIS CRAZY OLD MAN!
well, it all started out nice and dandy with me happily** going out for a ride after not riding since Sunday's morning ride (due to a left quad strain, but that's another story)cycle cycle cycle...red traffic light.....brake....stop
I was just 400m into my ride and stopped at a traffic light
so the other light turned red, meaning my light was going to turn green already
as usual, i pushed off just before it turned green (like maybe 2 seconds???) so that i could clip in my shoes and pedal off before the cars behind get impatient and honk at me
BUT, to my annnoyance (is there such a word), the car behind honked at me like 4 honks or so!
BOY I WAS PISSED. (refer back to ** above, i wasnt VERY HAPPY at the start of the ride cos i was hot and sleepy)
I turned around to look at him to see what his problem was and i saw him wagging his finger and then he honked some more!!!!
I seriously had NO IDEA why he was doing that or why he honked at all!
so i gave him the 'what is ur problem hand sign' and shook my head in disbelief thinking to myself 'this guy is seriously NUTS', wanting to get on with my ride
so he sped up, cut infront of me, braked, making me brake and swerve out to my right to overtake him and got out of his car to say "YOU BEAT THE RED LIGHT!!!!"

by this time, i was convinced that he was mad (oh he had a teenage daughter in his car. pity the kid, having such a crazy pop)
for the next 20 mins of my ride, i was in disbelief and couldnt believe that crazy old man was actually so worked up because i rolled off 2 seconds (or maybe even less) before the light turned green all because i didnt want him to get caught up behind me........................................
i serioulsy do not understand these drivers.........honk when we go off early and honk when we don't.

on a side note, World Champs anyone? (:
i've so got to lose that flab.its very annoying and uncomfortable
