The difference
directly behind me are a few PRCs shouting into my ears
they're actually just having a conversation and it's the norm for them to 'shout' at high volumes
help me
ahhhh,peace.I changed to another seat
sorry for that angsty paragraph
differences in culture
reminds me of the 3 months in th US
I really enjoyed their culture,of politeness and courtesy
(of cos there're the negatives, but the positives really made an impact on me)
there's no loud talking and no using of mobile phones on the bus
at the supermarket, walking past someone browsing through a shelf is rude & people will apologise and walk behind you
it's awesome and I loved it
anyways, I haven't blogged for the longest time (as usual).Haha
been busy with school and all. It's already the 9th week!!!! so fast!!!! 3 more weeks and I'm done with my 1st year at NIE.gulp, really fast
gonna have micro teaching @ Jurongville Sec this wednesday
feeling apprehensive about this, since im the only one in my class (I'm the baby of the class) who hasn't done contract teaching
:)

Things I am thankful for
I should start blogging about things that zy always reflects about which I think is really good
I am reallly thankful (to God):
1. That I have a fully abled body to walk, swim, cycle, run and do whatever that I like
2. For the nice roads in Singapore so that I can ride home safely w/o getting a puncture
3. for my family: mom, dad, bro n sis (although I seldom show it and I should do so)
4. for reaching home to a chatty sister who loves to tell me so many things about her week and who asks me for advice, although sometimes i'm a bad sister
5. that I can enjoy my red bean bao and the nice cool weather and breeze as I walk from my house to the bus stop
6. For giving me a job while many others out there are jobless
7. For all my extremely wonderful friends whom I cherish and love dearly
8. For everyday of my life (which I should start enjoying and treasuring every moment of it)
I hope this year will be a great year for everyone! (:
