I blogged again

somehow when you feel that something terrible is gonna happen and you ignore that gut feeling
that terrible thing really happens
it's happened to me a few times already
and this morning was a great scare
the podcast recording for the project we were working on last night until 1.30am wasn't saved
AND
my com restarted by itself when I went to the bathroom for some important business
wow.I had a great shock
Stared at the screen for a few minutes
thank God the recording was saved in the temp files folder
but it was chopped up into many 30secs recordings
so I had to cut and paste them together
didn't go for this morning's trg too cos I was so tired and couldn't wake up
hate it when I miss trainings
100km ride wasted :(

went for PA trg for the past 2 days
shag man
Think I swam more than the past week in these 2 days
but it's gd.I think more of these sessions will make me improve

Tough week

tough few weeks
past week was busy
this week was insane
and the next 2 weeks equally terrible
assignments, written tests, practical tests
training, races
can't wait for it all to be over
then I can train and race in peace

kinda looking forward to racing in bali and hk disneyland

it's been more than a week since my last blog post, but it seems like it was only a few days ago
the week just flew by ):
time is passing too quickly!
argh!
many assignments and stuff due next week
soon, the semester will be over
it's already week 10 of school
it's crazy! too fast!
argharghargh! *panic*

happy for zy for the past few feel good races she's had
happy for sis that she's improving in her swim and run
feel for some ppl who are gg through a rough time now
really miss KR and NUS

life goes on

sitting at the coffee shop, waiting for my dinner
I see the cai fan stall preparing to call it a day
and they are dumping loads of unsold food into the bin
like seriously A LOT of food
sigh what a waste of food....
I'm thinking of all the hungry ppl in the world out there.......
